Q. Can you highlight some of the most recent milestones achieved by Dhash PV Technologies in terms of product development and innovation?

DhaSh PV Technologies has recently achieved significant milestones in product innovation, especially in the high-voltage and high-current segment. One of our most notable breakthroughs is the successful development and commercial launch of India’s First 35 AMP PV Junction Boxes and Connectors rated up to 2000V, setting a new benchmark in the industry for power handling capacity and reliability. Our newest innovation – the DhaSh TRIO Pro, a 35A-rated PV junction box designed for advanced solar modules. The product combines durability, thermal stability, and minimal power loss, catering to the next generation of solar panels. Further, our expansion into fully automated production lines for high-precision manufacturing has enabled us to deliver consistent quality at scale. These innovations position us as a global leader in Solar PV.

 

Q.How does Dhash PV Technologies stay ahead in the highly competitive solar industry? Are there any unique R&D strategies or collaborations you are working on?

Dhash PV maintains its edge through a strong focus on continuous R&D, automation, and vertical integration. Our dedicated R&D team works closely with both module manufacturers and certification bodies to preemptively address future industry requirements. This has helped us launch products that are not just compliant but also future-ready. We have also a dopted a Design-for-Manufac - turability (DFM) approach that brings our product engineers and automation teams together, ena - bling innovation that is scalable, cost-effective, and reliable. Additionally, we actively participate in global expos such as RE+, Intersolar, and REI to remain at the forefront of international innovation trends

 

Q.Have you recently launched or are planning to launch any new product lines or upgraded versions of your existing solar solutions?R&D strategies or collaborations you are working on?

Yes, DhaSh PV has recently expanded its product portfolio with several advanced product lines, strengthening our position as a one-stop solar dc solution provider. DhaSh TRIO Pro (35A Rated Junction Box) an upgraded version of DhaSh TRIO: Specifically designed for high-performance solar modules, TRIO Pro delivers enhanced thermal efficiency, improved cable management, and robust IP68- rated sealing. It supports higher current flow with minimal power loss — making it ideal for today’s powerful solar panels. 2000V PV Connectors: Engineered for nextgeneration utility-scale solar installations, these connectors offer outstanding electrical performance, low contact resistance, and high safety, even under extreme environmental conditions. Solar DC Cables with Electron Beam Technology: DhaSh has launched a state-of-the-art manu - facturing line capable of producing 1000 kilom - eters of DC solar cables per day using the latest Electron Beam Cross-Linking Technology. These cables offer exceptional UV resistance, thermal stability, and long life, fully compliant with inter - national standards. PV Ribbon & Busbars: We now manufacture high-conductivity PV busbars that are critical for efficient current collection in solar cells. They are designed to support high-speed soldering and advanced cell configurations, contributing to overall module performance. These additions reflect DhaSh PV’s commitment to vertical integration and innovation, offering a wide range of solar solutions under one roof, optimized for performance, durability, and scalability.

 

Q.How is your company adapting to evolving consumer needs and regulatory changes in the renewable energy sector?

We proactively align our product development and manufacturing processes with emerging domestic and international compliance standards, including IEC, UL, and BIS certifications. Our products are RoHS-compliant and designed to meet the increasing demand for durability, safety, and efficiency in high-power applications. Additionally, we are working in line with India’s Make in India and Aatmanirbhar Bharat initiatives, expanding our manufacturing capacity to 63 GW to support the domestic solar ecosystem. On the consumer front, we engage in regular feedback sessions with EPC players, module manufacturers, and utility providers to understand shifting expectations. Based on these insights, we tailor solutions that provide better performance at optimized costs.

 

Q.What steps is Dhash PV Technologies taking to improve the efficiency and affordability of its solar solutions?

DhaSh PV is committed to driving down the Levelized Cost of Electricity (LCOE) by offering components that maximize energy output while minimizing loss and downtime. Some key initiatives include: Fully automated assembly lines to ensure precision, reduce human error, and scale manufacturing cost-effectively. Material innovation: We use superior-grade plastics, metals, and sealing compounds to increase product longevity and performance under extreme environmental conditions. Lean manufacturing and value engineering: These strategies help us optimize material usage, reduce waste, and control costs without compromising on quality. We also pass on the benefits of economies of scale to our clients, thanks to our high-capacity production setup which now supports up to 63 GW per year.

 

Q.How is your company leveraging digital transformation and smart technology in PV systems?.

Digital transformation is at the heart of our operational and product strategies. We are implementing Industry 4.0 standards across our facilities, including: Real-time process monitoring and automation for better quality assurance. Digital twins for prototyping and performance simulations of new products. AI-powered quality control systems to detect micro-defects and maintain world-class standards in every batch. We’re also enhancing our digital engagement through virtual product showcases, online configurators, and seamless B2B platforms for customer support and product access.
