Q. Could you briefly describe the key products and services that Solar Easy provides? Also, how does Solar Easy ensure that its solar energy systems are reliable and of high quality?

Solar Easy’s range of services include-

• Sales tools for solar installers and manufacturers to generate & manage leads by connecting with residential & commercial buyers

• Live Bidding platform for Solar projects which are 50 KW or more

• Generating solar quotation to reduce the wait time from 10 days to 2 min while keeping quote negotiation with buyers an option

• Negotiation engine for solar buyers

• Visit scheduler for installation for full-proof understanding of an end-user’s requirements

• End-to-End order management to take care of a smooth process from order till execution

• Automated subsidy & net metering form generation to fasten up the process

To ensure our service does not lose quality, the installers on our platform are required to pass through strict KYC & quality checks to be certified as reliable sources. The endusers can also provide their feedback on each installer that they have interacted with which helps us generate a score to rate them by.

 

Q. What kind of servicing and support you are providing to your Customers and Clients? 

Apart from our main suit of products, Solar Easy provides CRM support to the installer to take care of THEIR order and portfolio management through and through. Solar Easy is also proud to educate the end user with the otherwise confusing information on solar installation that enables them to make the right decision about their installation be it over panel type or capacity.

We’re harnessing cutting-edge technology to enhance our operational efficiency and automation throughout the process. These recent advancements have helped us increase our reach 10x with more reliable suit of support.

 

Q. What initiatives or actions has Solar Easy taken to promote the adoption of sustainable and clean energy solutions within your local community or region?

"Solar Easy began with the sole purpose of educating the users and accelerating the adoption of renewable energy to meet the national solar mission. As the founder belongs to a construction business, he has been encouraging not just his clients but also his fellow builders to install solar system. We have been participating in local exhibitions to spread the importance of switching to green even before Solar Easy was fully shaped; a part of the reason how we could identify specific pain points of both the parties and create a solution that satisfies it.

Despite being a young startup, Solar Easy powered by Bidprotrade Solutions, has been recognised by DPIIT & received INR 40 Lakh worth seed funding from the Startup India Seed Fund.
