AMPIN Commissions 50 MWp Open Access Solar Project in Chhattisgarh

Renewable energy company AMPIN has successfully commissioned a 50 megawatt-peak (MWp) open access solar project in Chhattisgarh, further expanding its green energy footprint in India.

The project will enable industrial and commercial consumers in the state to directly procure clean power, helping them reduce dependence on conventional energy and lower carbon emissions. By operating under the open access model, the initiative supports businesses in meeting sustainability goals while benefiting from cost-effective renewable power.

According to the company, the solar plant has been designed with advanced technology to ensure higher efficiency and long-term reliability. The project is expected to generate significant annual energy output, contributing to both Chhattisgarh’s renewable energy targets and India’s overall clean energy transition.
AMPIN’s latest commissioning underscores the growing role of private players in accelerating the adoption of solar energy across the country.
