CleanMax Enviro Energy Solutions Pvt Ltd’s group company Yashaswa Power LLP has received approval from the Government of Andhra Pradesh to develop a 200 MW solar power park in the state, involving an investment of approximately ₹1,200 crore.
The solar park will be built across about 1,200 acres in Beechiganipalle and adjoining villages in Parigi Mandal of Sri Sathya Sai district. The project is designed as a 200 MW AC (300 MWp DC) facility and is expected to generate around 445 million units of clean electricity annually. It is anticipated to create nearly 690 direct and indirect jobs during construction and operation.
Officials said the facility will be connected to the 400/220 kV APTRANSCO Hindupur substation, ensuring grid stability and long-term power evacuation. The investment aligns with Andhra Pradesh’s Integrated Clean Energy Policy 2024, reinforcing the state’s position as a preferred destination for large-scale renewable energy infrastructure.
CleanMax Enviro, one of India’s leading commercial and industrial renewable energy platforms, offers green energy and net-zero decarbonisation solutions to more than 550 corporate clients. The company has an operational portfolio of about 2.5 GW spanning solar, wind and hybrid assets, with additional capacity under execution.
The project approval comes as CleanMax prepares to launch its ₹3,100 crore initial public offering (IPO), which opened from February 23 to 25, 2026. The IPO comprises a ₹1,200 crore fresh issue and a ₹1,900 crore offer for sale by existing shareholders, with the price band set at ₹1,000–₹1,053 per share. The share issue is expected to list on the BSE and NSE in early March, and has attracted strong anchor investor interest, including from Temasek Holdings and SBI Life Insurance.
According to the Andhra Pradesh government, the investment is expected to spur further private capital inflows, strengthen industrial decarbonisation efforts, and support the state’s clean energy goals.
