At Cosmic PV Power Limited, we view solar energy as the foundation of India’s clean energy transformation. With India targeting 500 GW of renewable capacity by 2030, solar will lead this transition—driving both energy independence and sustainability.

Cosmic PV Power contributes to this mission by manufacturing AI-driven, high-efficiency solar modules designed for long-term reliability and performance. By localizing production through Make in India and ensuring ALMM and BIS compliance, we are not only meeting the nation’s energy goals but also strengthening India’s position as a global solar manufacturing hub. Our journey from a 100 MW plant in 2020 to a 3 GW automated facility in 2025, and a planned 5 GW by 2026, reflects our commitment to powering India’s net-zero future.

Q2. What groundbreaking innovations or solutions can we expect your company to showcase at REI 2025?

At REI 2025, Cosmic PV Power will showcase the next evolution of AI-driven solar manufacturing — where precision engineering meets intelligent automation. Visitors can expect to see our N-Type TOPCon and upcoming G12R technology modules, designed for efficiencies exceeding 23% and engineered to perform even under extreme climatic conditions.

We are also introducing new smart manufacturing analytics, enabling predictive quality control and real-time performance optimization — ensuring that every module leaving our factory is a benchmark in quality, consistency, and durability. This aligns with our goal of making solar energy more powerful, reliable, and accessible for every sector.

Q3. With rapid advancements in solar technology, what innovations or breakthroughs do you anticipate will become game-changers for the industry over the next 5–10 years?

The coming decade will redefine solar energy through next-generation cell technologies and AI-integrated ecosystems. We foresee the rise of Heterojunction (HJT), Tandem Perovskite, and advanced N-Type architectures as major game changers.

At the manufacturing level, digital twins, robotics, and data-driven automation will dominate — enabling error-free production, reduced energy intensity, and lower carbon footprints. Additionally, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) will become critical to ensuring 24/7 renewable power availability. Cosmic PV Power is already working on these fronts, planning BESS lines and cell manufacturing expansion by 2026–2027 to complement our 5 GW module ecosystem.
