Insolation Green Energy Private Limited, the wholly owned subsidiary of Insolation Energy Limited, has secured major solar module supply orders worth a combined ₹516.05 crore, including GST. The company announced the development in a regulatory filing under SEBI (LODR) Regulations.

The first and largest order, valued at ₹357 crore, has been awarded by a well-renowned Independent Power Producer (IPP) for the supply of N-Type TOPCon solar PV modules. This marks a significant milestone for the subsidiary, reinforcing its position in India’s rapidly growing high-efficiency module segment.

In addition, Insolation Green Energy has received multiple purchase orders aggregating to ₹159.05 crore for supplying solar PV modules to various companies executing projects under the PM-KUSUM scheme across Andhra Pradesh. These orders highlight the company’s strong presence in rural solarization initiatives aimed at supporting India’s clean energy and agricultural sustainability goals.

The total revenue addition from these orders stands at ₹516.05 crore, strengthening the company’s project pipeline and market footprint in both utility-scale and distributed solar solutions.
