Jyoti Structures Limited has successfully completed the 400 kV Gadag–II Transmission Line connecting the Gadag Power Station and Koppal Power Station in Karnataka, strengthening the region’s power transmission infrastructure.

The project comprises 100 circuit kilometres (CKM) of twin HTLS transmission lines and is part of the Interstate Transmission System (ISTS) designed to support renewable energy evacuation from the Koppal Solar Energy Zone. The development plays a crucial role in facilitating the efficient transmission of solar power from the region to the national grid.

Despite facing challenging terrain and right-of-way conditions, the project was delivered successfully, reinforcing grid connectivity and enabling reliable power evacuation from large-scale renewable energy projects.

The commissioning also marks Jyoti Structures’ second project completion within a fortnight, highlighting the company’s continued focus on timely project execution and its commitment to strengthening India’s power transmission network to support the growing renewable energy sector.
