KPI Green Energy Limited has received orders for the supply of goods and onsite services for the Balance of System (BoS) package for an aggregate 534 MW solar power projects located at Khavda, Kutch, Gujarat, according to a regulatory filing submitted to the stock exchanges.
The company has received supply of goods orders from Adani Green Energy Limited and onsite service orders from Adani Green Energy Six Limited for the said solar power projects.
The scope of work under the BoS supply package includes manufacturing, procurement, packing, transportation, factory acceptance tests, and supply of commissioning spares, mandatory spares, consumables, and associated materials. The onsite services scope includes receipt, unloading, storage, installation, testing, commissioning, civil, mechanical and electrical works, handing over, and performance guarantee testing for the projects.
The projects will be executed in a phased manner, in accordance with the timelines stipulated under the respective contracts. The company has clarified that the orders have been awarded by domestic entities, do not fall under related-party transactions, and that the promoter or promoter group has no interest in the entities awarding the contracts.
