Reliance Industries, which plans to set up 20gigawatt of solar power capacity by 2026, is unable to find trained manpower for the venture and is sending officials to Singapore for training, people aware of the development said.“RIL is starting from zero capacity and wants to go20GW but it is not able to find people with relevant skills,” an industry official aware of the company’s plant told ET. This has forced Mukesh Ambani’s oil-to-telecom conglomerate to send mid and senio-level officials.
