NTPC Green Energy Limited (NGEL), a subsidiary of NTPC Limited, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Assago Industries Private Limited at NTPC Bhawan, New Delhi.
The MoU has been signed for the supply of Green Ammonia, Carbon Dioxide, Renewable Energy power and other related utilities for the production of 1,000 TPD of Green Urea.
The urea plant is proposed to be set up at the NGEL Green Hydrogen Hub at Pudimadaka (near Visakhapatnam), Andhra Pradesh. The MoU was signed in the august presence of senior officials from NGEL, NTPC and Assago.
