Oriano Clean Energy has signed a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited (GUVNL) for its upcoming 57 MW solar project, awarded under the GUVNL 500 MW Solar (Phase-XXVII) tender.

The agreement marks a significant milestone in Oriano’s expanding renewable energy portfolio and reinforces its strong execution capabilities in utility-scale solar development.

The project is scheduled for commissioning within 24 months, providing the company with a robust execution timeline to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. The partnership further highlights Oriano’s growing role in India’s renewable energy landscape, as it continues transitioning from a pure-play solar EPC provider to an integrated energy solutions platform.

Oriano’s diversified portfolio now includes RE Turnkey EPC, EHV EPC, Renewable Park Development, RE Asset Management Solutions, and Independent Power Production (IPP). This evolution aligns with the company’s mission of driving clean energy adoption through innovation, scale, and operational excellence.

The company expressed gratitude to GUVNL for its support and efficient coordination during the PPA process, noting that the project is a strong reflection of its core commitment: “Energy Excellence Delivered.”
