Premier Energies Limited has entered into a strategic joint venture with BA Prerna Renewables Private Limited to strengthen its engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) capabilities across solar, wind, and hybrid energy projects in India.

The newly formed entity, HeliosAnthos Energies Pvt Ltd, will be structured with Premier Energies holding a 51% stake, while BA Prerna will hold the remaining 49%. The joint venture aims to deliver end-to-end EPC services, including land acquisition, transmission connectivity, regulatory approvals, engineering, procurement, installation, and commissioning.

Commenting on the development, Chiranjeev Saluja, Managing Director and CEO of Premier Energies, said the partnership would help integrate the company’s manufacturing strengths with project execution capabilities.

“This JV strengthens our EPC footprint and integrates manufacturing excellence with execution capabilities. BA Prerna’s expertise in land and transmission connectivity is critical for India’s solar and storage-led growth,” he said.

The collaboration is expected to support large-scale renewable deployments as India accelerates its solar and energy storage expansion.
