RAVC has announced the appointment of Neeraj Aggarwal as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), strengthening the company’s leadership team as it accelerates growth across its renewable energy and infrastructure businesses.
Neeraj Aggarwal brings over 18 years of experience spanning corporate finance, project finance, strategy, investment decision-making, and capital structuring, with strong expertise in the energy and infrastructure sectors. His professional journey includes leadership roles across consulting, banking, advisory, and operating environments, having worked with leading organisations such as India Power, ICICI Bank, CRISIL, and SBI Capital Markets.
Throughout his career, Neeraj has collaborated closely with promoters, lenders, investors, and boards, playing a key role in driving financial discipline, governance, and sustainable value creation.
As RAVC continues its rapid expansion across utility-scale solar EPC, independent power producer (IPP) projects, operations & maintenance (O&M), and emerging energy verticals, Neeraj’s financial leadership is expected to be instrumental in strengthening the company’s financial strategy, capital planning, and long-term growth roadmap.
