Saatvik Green Energy Limited has announced that its material subsidiary, Saatvik Solar Industries Private Limited, has received and accepted a major order worth INR 638.26 crore for the supply of G12 R type solar cells.
The order has been awarded by a domestic solar module manufacturer, reflecting strong demand for high-efficiency solar components in India’s rapidly expanding renewable energy sector. The contract is commercial in nature and is scheduled to be executed by March 2027.
According to the company’s regulatory filing under SEBI (LODR) norms, the transaction does not fall under related party dealings, and neither the promoter group nor associated companies have any interest in the awarding entity.
The update was disclosed to the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India.
This order marks a significant milestone for Saatvik as it continues to strengthen its position in the solar manufacturing value chain, particularly in advanced cell technologies, supporting India’s push toward domestic manufacturing and clean energy adoption.
