Shakti Pumps, India, has recently organised a grand dealer meet in Kanpur, attended by over 200 dealers and business partners. The objective of the event was to accelerate the expansion of solar pumps and energy-efficient solutions in the region while further strengthening the service network.
The solar awareness initiative aims to strengthen the company’s distribution ecosystem while accelerating awareness and adoption of solar irrigation and energy-efficient solutions across one of India’s largest agricultural states.
On this occasion, P.C. Jain and Sons was announced as the company’s authorised channel partner. A formal Bhoomi Pujan ceremony for the new showroom was also conducted. According to the company, this appointment will strengthen the supply chain, spare parts availability and prompt service support across Kanpur and neighboring regions.
The event also featured an exhibition of solar water pumps, submersible pumps, piping solutions, drip irrigation systems, EV motors and controllers and solar rooftop products. Dealers were provided detailed insights into the technical features of the products, their energy-saving capabilities and the economic benefits they offer to farmers and customers. With the state emerging as a key market for solar irrigation under central and state renewable initiatives, Shakti Pumps is focusing on building a robust dealer network and strengthening last-mile connectivity to farmers.
