Transformers and Rectifiers, India (TARIL), a manufacturer of power transformers and reactors, has announced the appointment of Mehul Shah as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company, effective March 5, 2026, following the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approval by the Board of Directors.
A Chartered Accountant by qualification, Shah brings over 26 years of experience in strategic finance, financial operations, fund management, taxation, compliance and corporate governance. Over the course of his career, he has held leadership roles across several reputed organisations, including Nirma, Adani Enterprises, Reliance Logistics, Arvind Smart Spaces, Gujarat Ambuja Exports, and Asian Granito India.
Shah succeeds Chanchal S. S. Rajora, who will continue to serve the Company as Director (Finance) and Senior Management Personnel.
