Vikram Solar has announced the appointment of Biresh Ranjan Das as Senior Vice President – Human Resources, reinforcing the company’s focus on building a future-ready workforce aligned with its growth plans and expanding global footprint.
Bringing over two decades of experience across manufacturing, telecom, hospitality, infrastructure, and global shared services, Das will lead Vikram Solar’s people and culture agenda. In his new role, he will work closely with the management team to strengthen organizational capability, workforce strategy, leadership development, productivity initiatives, and institutionalize robust people processes to support the company’s long-term business priorities in the clean energy sector.
The company also informed stock exchanges, in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, that Arindam Chakraborty, Senior Vice President and Head of Global Human Resources, has submitted his resignation. His resignation has been accepted by the management and will be effective from the close of business hours on March 31, 2026.
Vikram Solar stated that Das’s appointment reflects its intent to proactively strengthen talent development, expand the employability pool, and create a sustainable pipeline of skilled professionals to meet the evolving demands of the clean energy ecosystem.
