Oswal Pumps Limited has reported robust financial results for the third quarter and nine months of FY26, driven by strong execution under government-backed solar irrigation programmes.

For the nine months ended FY26, the company recorded total income of ₹15,692 million, marking a 47% year-on-year increase compared to ₹10,673 million in the same period last year. EBITDA stood at ₹4,104 million, up 27.2% YoY, with an EBITDA margin of 26.2%. Profit after tax (PAT) reached ₹2,837 million, reflecting a 30.9% YoY growth, while PAT margins stood at 18.1%.

In Q3 FY26, the company reported total income of ₹5,077 million, registering a 33.4% YoY growth. EBITDA for the quarter was ₹1,337 million with a margin of 26.3%, while PAT stood at ₹916 million, up 13.9% YoY.

Commenting on the performance, Vivek Gupta, Chairman and Managing Director of Oswal Pumps Limited, said the strong growth was primarily driven by consistent execution of projects under the PM KUSUM scheme. He noted that the company continues to strengthen its order book, supported by government-backed solar irrigation programmes.

The company currently maintains an order book of more than 24,500 pumps across direct PM-KUSUM, Magel Tyala, indirect PM-KUSUM, and export orders, along with a near-term pipeline exceeding 25,000 pumps.

Oswal Pumps expects continued demand growth, supported by government initiatives to expand solarisation and promote renewable-powered irrigation. The company is also planning manufacturing capacity expansions to meet rising demand and strengthen its position in the solar pumping market.

Oswal Pumps is a vertically integrated solar pump manufacturer with over two decades of experience in pump engineering and manufacturing, offering turnkey solar pumping systems across agricultural, residential, and industrial segments.
