Sun Drops Energia Limited, a subsidiary of KPI Green Energy Limited, has received an international order from FVE Lifecare General Trading LLC, UAE, for the supply, installation, and commissioning of a solar power system integrated with a battery energy storage system (BESS) for a containerised data centre facility.

The project includes a 33 kWp solar PV system combined with a 573 kWh BESS, along with a 120 kVA modular UPS system and associated electrical infrastructure and system integration components.

According to the company, the order reflects its expanding international footprint and growing capabilities in emerging clean energy segments beyond the Indian market.

The integrated solar and storage solution is designed to provide reliable, uninterrupted power for mission-critical infrastructure such as data centres, which require round-the-clock energy availability. BESS systems enable energy storage during off-peak periods and discharge during peak demand, supporting grid stability, renewable integration, and backup power requirements.

With the rapid global expansion of data centre infrastructure, the order highlights the increasing demand for customised, reliable, and sustainable power solutions. The company noted that such projects demonstrate its ability to address evolving energy needs through integrated renewable and storage technologies.

KPI Green Energy stated that the order marks another milestone in its growth journey, as it continues to strengthen operational capabilities and expand into new clean energy segments internationally.
