Socomec Launches MASTERYS GP4 UPS and ATYS a M Automatic Transfer Switch in India

Socomec, a global specialist in energy performance and power management solutions, has launched two new products in India, the MASTERYS GP4 UPS and the ATYS a M Automatic Transfer Switch.

According to the company, with more than 25 years of presence in the Indian market, it continues to focus on delivering innovative and efficient technologies that support modern infrastructure, including data centres, industrial facilities, and commercial buildings.

Commenting on the development, Meenu Singhal, Regional Managing Director, Socomec Innovative Power Solutions, said that the new products are designed to meet the increasing demand for resilient and reliable power systems.

“The launch of the MASTERYS GP4 UPS and ATYS a M Automatic Transfer Switch strengthens our portfolio with solutions that drive operational continuity and efficiency. Organisations today require resilient power infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted operations and protect critical systems. These solutions help optimise power supply while delivering reliable performance,” Singhal added.

The Socomec MASTERYS GP4 200-250 KVA UPS is a high-performance uninterruptible power supply designed to deliver reliable power continuity in mission-critical environments. Built with advanced power protection technology and high-efficiency SiC technology, the system provides consistent power quality and improved energy efficiency.

The UPS incorporates advanced double-conversion technology that ensures stable power output while minimising energy losses. This helps maintain operational continuity in environments such as data centres, IT rooms, industrial operations, and commercial facilities where uninterrupted power is essential.

Its robust design and high efficiency support continuous performance in demanding conditions while contributing to reduced CO2 emissions. The solution is particularly suited to modern digital infrastructure where a reliable power supply is crucial for operational stability.

,Along with the UPS solution, Socomec has introduced the ATYS a M Automatic Transfer Switch, designed to enable automatic switching between two power sources, typically the main utility supply and a backup generator.

The system ensures uninterrupted operations by automatically transferring the load to a backup power source during outages or disturbances in the main supply. This feature makes the switch suitable for installations where continuous power availability is essential.

The ATYS a M also features a compact modular design that allows easy integration within electrical panels, helping optimise installation space. In addition, its integrated pre-configured controller simplifies commissioning by automatically managing operating parameters and source transfers, reducing setup time and the risk of manual errors.

Designed and tested according to international standards, the solution provides reliable switching for low-voltage installations across commercial and industrial facilities.
