Gujarat-based solar EPC company Prozeal Green Energy has appointed Abhay K. Vishwakarma as its Chief Operating Officer. In this capacity, he will be overseeing Prozeal’s IPP and EPC project portfolios across domestic and international operations.
With over two decades of experience in the renewable energy sector, Abhay brings a proven track record of business origination, development and execution of large-scale projects across India, Southeast Asia, and Latin America.
Throughout his career, Abhay has held senior roles spanning development, strategic project planning, regulatory compliance, capital deployment, mergers and acquisitions, technical due diligence, and construction management. His appointment is a strategic move to reinforce Prozeal’s core capabilities in the IPP and EPC segments as the company scales its operations across overseas location as well.
Prozeal Green Energy positions itself as an end-to-end renewable solutions provider, delivering turnkey EPC services for solar projects with a strong focus on the commercial and industrial (C&I) segment.
Alongside executing standalone solar EPC assignments, the company is strategically prioritising its ‘plug-and-play’ solar park model, which streamlines project delivery from concept and land acquisition to commissioning, while also facilitating regulatory approvals and grid connectivity. This integrated approach is backed by its capabilities in design optimisation, execution, and procurement.
In September 2025, the company received approval from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for an initial public offering (IPO) to raise INR 700 crore.
