The annual assessment by Wood Mackenzie evaluated leading module manufacturers worldwide across multiple parameters, including manufacturing scale, technology maturity, financial strength, supply chain resilience, ESG performance, product reliability, and research and development capabilities. Adani Solar secured the highest position among Indian manufacturers and was ranked among the global top performers.
The recognition comes at a time when the global solar manufacturing industry is navigating changing trade policies, localization requirements, and continued market oversupply.
