KP Green Engineering Limited has received fresh confirmed orders aggregating to ₹258.02 crore, including taxes, from various clients across multiple business segments. The company disclosed the order wins in a filing with BSE Limited dated August 28, 2026.

The newly secured orders span solar projects, crash barriers, pre-engineered buildings (PEB), transmission towers, poles and highmast, and isolators, strengthening the company’s presence across renewable energy, power transmission, infrastructure and industrial sectors.

The solar projects segment accounted for the largest share of the new orders at ₹114.53 crore. These orders include fixed-tilt module mounting structures, tracker-type module mounting structures and related structural components.

The company also secured ₹92.38 crore worth of orders for crash barriers, including railway track fencing and other applications. Orders for pre-engineered building structures amounted to ₹33.76 crore.

In the power transmission segment, KP Green Engineering received orders worth ₹15.42 crore for 220 kV to 400 kV tower materials, 33 kV and 66 kV substation equipment structures, hardware, cable trays, GI strip material and GI structures for isolators.

Additionally, the company received orders worth ₹0.97 crore for poles and highmast and ₹0.96 crore for 220 kV, 66 kV and 33 kV isolators.

Following these new order wins, the company’s cumulative confirmed order intake for the current financial year has reached ₹497.64 crore. According to the company, the additions further strengthen its order book and execution pipeline and are expected to support capacity utilisation and improve revenue visibility going forward.

KP Green Engineering said the latest orders reflect continued client confidence in the company and reinforce its expanding presence across key growth sectors, including renewable energy, power transmission and related infrastructure.
