REC Limited has appointed Ms. Isha Duhan as Executive Director, effective September 10, 2026. The company disclosed the change in senior management to the stock exchanges on the same date.
Ms. Duhan brings administrative experience from the Indian Administrative Service (IAS). She belongs to the Uttar Pradesh cadre and was part of the 2014 batch. Before joining REC, she served as Managing Director in the Sugar Industries & Cane Development Department.
Ms. Duhan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology from Thapar University. She also possesses a Master’s degree in Gender Development Studies from IGNOU.
