CHARGEZONE, one of India’s fastest-growing EV supercharging networks, announced an expanded collaboration with Ador-Quench (Quench Chargers) to procure and deploy Made-in-India DC fast-charging infrastructure across 1,000 new supercharging stations in India.

The deployment will include Ador-Quench’s DC fast-charging systems, ranging from 120 kW chargers to 480 kW dispenser systems, across CHARGEZONE’s national network. Built on a modular 30 kW AC-DC converter architecture, the platform is highly scalable, enabling charging systems from 30 kW up to 480 kW to support electric cars, buses, and commercial trucks. The expansion marks a key step towards the company’s target of 300 MW in cumulative network capacity. The agreement effectively includes 1,000 new charging locations.

The deployment will focus on commercial mobility, where charging speed and uptime directly impact fleet productivity and operating economics. The dispenser systems are designed to meet the high-energy demands of electric buses, trucks, and commercial fleets operating on fixed schedules, where charging downtime can affect vehicle availability and revenue. Delivering over 96% energy efficiency with near-perfect power utilization, the chargers ensure maximum energy reaches the vehicle battery with minimal loss. Engineered for Indian operating conditions, the systems feature forced-air cooling, compact modular designs, front-access serviceability, and reliable performance across fluctuating grid conditions. In addition, a digital CAN interface provides real-time monitoring of voltage, current, temperature, and system diagnostics, enabling enhanced reliability, predictive maintenance, and operational visibility across the network.

Kartikey Hariyani, Founder & CEO, CHARGEZONE, said “India’s EV transition has reached a tipping point where charging infrastructure must perform for every vehicle type, from a family car on a weekend road trip to a 55-ton electric truck running 24/7. As EV adoption grows across both passenger and commercial segments, the next phase of infrastructure development has to address very different charging requirements. By partnering with Ador-Quench for Made-in-India superchargers, we are strengthening our ability to deploy high-power charging infrastructure suited to these needs, while supporting the expansion of our national network.”

Ravin Mirchandani, Chairperson, Ador Powertron & Quench Chargers, said: “CHARGEZONE was our first-ever customer for fast chargers, and we are delighted to be supporting the growth of one of the most dynamic companies in this sector. We are particularly proud that these chargers are 100% Made in India, including the Rectifier and controller modules, reflecting our commitment to world-class indigenous technology and manufacturing.”

The high-capacity dispenser architecture will support multiple vehicles charging at the same site, helping high-traffic hubs manage peak demand, reduce queues and improve fleet turnaround. For passenger EVs, 120 kW DC chargers along highways and intercity routes will enable faster, more predictable charging stops, supporting long-distance electric travel.

The new infrastructure will be integrated with ChargeCloud, CHARGEZONE’s proprietary network platform, enabling real-time monitoring, dynamic load management and predictive diagnostics to support network uptime and consistent charging performance.

India’s EV market is reaching a point where charging infrastructure has to perform for every kind of vehicle on the road, from a family driving intercity to a fleet of electric trucks running round the clock. A passenger EV needs a fast, predictable stop on a highway, while a bus or a heavy truck needs high power, quick turnaround and dependable uptime through repeated daily cycles. Quench’s high-power chargers and dispenser systems, now completely engineered and manufactured in India, allow us to serve both requirements across 1,000 new CHARGEZONE charging stations. Our focus is to build capacity that is used consistently, and this partnership strengthens our ability to deploy that capacity faster and closer to where demand is growing.
