Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions (CleanMax) has reported strong financial performance for the first nine months of FY26, underpinned by steady growth in renewable energy demand and continued expansion in the commercial and industrial (C&I) segment.
The company posted a 33% year-on-year increase in EBITDA, reaching ₹945 crore during the period, reflecting higher power sales and improved operational efficiency. Profit after tax also saw a significant rise to ₹40 crore, compared to ₹2 crore in the same period last year.
On the operational front, CleanMax’s total contracted capacity has expanded to 5.7 GW, with approximately 3 GW already commissioned. The remaining capacity is under various stages of development, indicating a strong project pipeline.
A key driver of this growth has been increasing demand from energy-intensive sectors such as data centres and AI-driven industries, which now account for a significant share of the company’s portfolio.
With improving financial performance and a growing capacity base, CleanMax continues to strengthen its position in India’s C&I renewable energy market, supported by rising demand for reliable and sustainable power solutions.
