1. Real-time fault detection & reliability
At Intello, we’ve built an indigenous IoT architecture connecting every inverter, string, and sensor to our central cloud. Our India-made RTUs use GSM and MQTT communication for seamless real-time data flow. The dashboard doesn’t just show faults — it interprets them. Intelligent fault tagging helps identify string mismatch, inverter trip, or low-generation issues instantly, ensuring faster responses and higher uptime across distributed sites.
2. Scaling operations while maintaining quality
We’ve grown to 1,500+ projects by combining scalable tech with a partner-first network. Our plug-and-play dongles make new installations quick and reliable. We’re building partnerships with DISCOMs, local service providers, and EPCs for faster on-ground support. This hybrid model — centralized data, decentralized action — keeps our O&M consistent and efficient across India.
3. Adapting to regional climates
Each region has unique challenges — dust in Rajasthan, humidity near coasts, temperature swings up north. Our platform tracks site-wise PR and radiation data, helping us design cleaning and maintenance schedules that suit local conditions. This adaptive approach ensures every plant performs optimally in its own environment.
4. Other services beyond O&M and monitoring
We go beyond standard monitoring by offering retrofits, upgrades, and AI-based performance audits. Legacy sites often lack smart monitoring — we retrofit them with our dataloggers and dashboards. We also handle DG sync, zero export, and analytics solutions, helping asset owners improve performance without major reinvestment.
5. Preparing for solar + storage systems
We’re actively enabling our platform for hybrid systems and energy storage. Our RTUs and dashboard are battery-agnostic, tracking SoC, charge–discharge cycles, and inverter syncs. This makes Intello ready to handle the next wave of hybrid and solar + storage plants.
6. What Intello is showcasing at expos
At expos like REI, we’re focusing on simplifying intelligence. We’re showcasing mobile app fault diagnosis, plug-and-play RTUs, and predictive maintenance tools that can flag issues before they occur. The idea is to make high-end tech accessible and useful on the ground.
7. Intello’s 3–5 year roadmap
We’re building Intello as the digital backbone for solar and hybrid systems. Our focus areas are AI-driven fault prediction, deeper EPC and utility integration, and international expansion. We want every solar plant, wherever it’s built, to run intelligently — powered by Intello.
