The Pan India Solar Sector Association (PISSA), a registered renewable energy body focused on the solar sector, recently hosted a Networking Business Meet at the Radisson Blu near Delhi Airport on February 7, 2026. The event was organised to bring together members of the association and promote collaboration across the solar industry.
PISSA, which represents more than 1,700 members across India, aimed to provide a common platform for knowledge exchange and business networking. The event witnessed an overwhelming response, and due to venue capacity constraints, over 100 renewable energy professionals were able to attend. The association assured that future events would accommodate a larger number of participants.
The meet featured presentations from event partners, including ARMY Solar, Orient Cables, and Protonix Fortuner, who showcased their products and engaged with participants’ queries.
Among the key highlights from PISSA were an educational solar quiz contest and a lucky draw, both of which offered prizes to the winners. The association also introduced a technical discussion segment, encouraging members to share comments and suggestions on industry topics.
During the event, PISSA officially announced the launch of its website and invited participants to explore the platform and provide feedback for further improvements.
Participants also received gifts from the association’s gift partners, including Sakshine Solar Energy Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Aeronex Renewables Pvt. Ltd., AAKS & Bros Ventures Pvt. Ltd., Eaton, and Dexter Energy.
The event concluded with a vote of thanks to partners and participants, followed by a group photograph and lunch. PISSA expressed gratitude to all attendees as well as those who registered but could not be accommodated, reiterating its commitment to building a strong networking and collaboration platform for the renewable energy sector.
