SWELECT Energy Systems Ltd. has reported steady growth in its financial performance for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025, with improvements across income, revenue, EBITDA, and profitability. The Board of Directors approved the unaudited results at its meeting held on February 13, 2026.

For the third quarter of FY26, the company’s total income stood at ₹147.19 crore, compared to ₹100.32 crore in the same quarter of FY25. Revenue from operations for the quarter reached ₹138.63 crore, up from ₹91.38 crore a year earlier. Operational EBITDA for the October–December 2025 period rose to ₹40.17 crore from ₹27.35 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Profit before tax increased to ₹14.01 crore from ₹3.00 crore, while the company reported a profit after tax of ₹9.52 crore, compared to a loss of ₹10.58 crore in Q3 FY25.

For the nine-month period ended December 31, 2025, total income stood at ₹483.40 crore, up from ₹435.75 crore in the corresponding period of FY25. Revenue from operations for the nine months reached ₹454.71 crore, compared to ₹402.86 crore in the same period last year. Operational EBITDA rose to ₹142.78 crore from ₹101.12 crore, while profit before tax increased to ₹62.77 crore from ₹27.86 crore. Profit after tax for the nine months stood at ₹46.50 crore, significantly higher than ₹5.00 crore reported in the corresponding period of FY25.

Commenting on the performance, R. Chellappan, Founder and Vice Chairman, said the results were in line with the company’s expectations and that it remains focused on its targets of achieving 2 GW of manufacturing capacity, 1 GW of IPP assets, and 1 GW of EPC orders within two years. He noted that the company has a strong balance sheet with financial assets exceeding ₹500 crore and operational IPP assets of 150 MW, along with the financial strength to achieve these goals. He added that the company continues to focus on solar-plus-BESS solutions, leveraging more than two decades of battery expertise from its UPS manufacturing background.

Dr. Arulkumar Shanmugasundaram, CEO and Managing Director, said the company has a strong project development pipeline with more than 250 MW in Tamil Nadu at various stages of land acquisition and connectivity. He added that the company is expanding its focus on energy sales to commercial and industrial customers beyond Tamil Nadu to achieve its target of 1 GW of IPP assets. He also noted that the company launched its NUMERGY product brand in the current quarter and expects traction over the next three to six months as the distribution network expands across India. The company expects its module manufacturing capacity to reach 2 GW in the first quarter of FY27, supported by firm tie-ups for DCR cells to serve the domestic market.
