Waaree Energies Limited, India’s leading renewable energy company, announced the appointment of Mr. Jignesh Rathod as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO), following the recommendation of the Company’s Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approval by the Board of Directors.
Mr. Rathod, who currently serves as Director – Operations, has been appointed as CEO-Designate with immediate effect and will formally assume the role of CEO after a structured transition period. During this phase, he will work closely with the outgoing CEO to ensure seamless leadership continuity and operational stability.
With over 18 years of experience at Waaree Energies, Mr. Rathod brings deep institutional knowledge and a strong execution track record across manufacturing operations, capacity expansion, technology integration, and large-scale project execution. He has played a pivotal role in scaling the company’s manufacturing capacities, driving operational excellence, and strengthening quality and process systems aligned with Waaree’s long-term strategic vision.
