Zodiac Energy Limited has entered into an agreement with Amanta Healthcare Limited for the installation of a 10.8 MWp solar power plant in Gujarat.
The agreement, executed on January 02, 2026, pertains to the development of the solar project at Village Baroda, Taluka Matar, District Kheda, Gujarat. The solar power plant will be set up for captive consumption, enabling Amanta Healthcare Limited to source renewable electricity for its operational requirements.
As per the disclosure, Zodiac Energy does not hold any shareholding in Amanta Healthcare Limited. The transaction does not fall under the category of related-party transactions, and none of the parties to the agreement are related to the promoter or promoter group of Zodiac Energy.
The installation of the solar power plant will be undertaken in accordance with the mutually agreed terms and conditions between the parties. The agreement does not involve any issuance of shares, appointment of nominee directors, or potential conflicts of interest.
Zodiac Energy has further clarified that there are no additional disclosures at this stage relating to termination or amendment of the agreement.
The project reflects the continued momentum in captive solar power adoption across industrial and healthcare sectors, as organisations increasingly turn to renewable energy to enhance sustainability and manage long-term power costs.
