Q1.How has your company performed this year in terms of growth, key achievements, and market expansion within the renewable energy sector?
It is an accelerating year for us as a strategic & focused approach in the Renewable segment. We have developed KEY Products & Solutions for the Renewable wind & Solar verticals. We are thrilled to share that AMES IMPEX became India’s 1st
Transformer Manufacturer to secure a successful passing of the Dynamic Short Circuit Type Tests of 5.5 MVA 33/1.14 KV OCTCAL FOIL Wound WTG Transformer at CPRI Bhopal, exclusively designed for EN 182 | 5 MW Envision Wind Turbine.
Earlier that we have passed Dynamic Short Circuit Tests for a 3.6 MVA 33/0.950 KV OCTC AL FOIL woundWTG Transformer suitable for a 3.3 MW EnvisionWind Turbine & supplied around 75 MW to the WindPower Generation project at Madhya Pradesh. For Renewable SolarMarket, we have recently supplied 7.2 MVA 33 / 2 X 0.660 KV AL foil wound 3 winding Inverter Duty Solar Transformer to one of the large Solar Park projects in Gujarat, tested for Lightning Impulse Test at an external NABL Lab.
Additionally, we have also started continuous supply to KUSUM Yojana Schemes to leading Developers of Maharashtra withCopper wound 1 MVA to 5MVA 11/0.800 kV OLTC IDT configurations. Additionally, we have developed & successfully passed Dynamic Short Circuit Type Tests of 1600KVA 33/0.433 KV OCTL Resin Cast Dry Type Transformer for AuxPower Supply to India’s one of the biggest Renewable Project, located in KhavdaGujarat. These diversified innovations blend unique credentials & strength, hence becoming customers’ preferred choice for Oil-filled & Dry Type Transformers under one roof.
Q2. What revenue trends have you observed in the current financial year, and which business segments contributed most to this performance?
We have observed Renewable segment as the emerging contributor to our business growth ranging close to INR 20 – 25 Crores for 2025-26, however Cast Resin Dry Type Transformers has remain a highest revenue contributing Product line for us, ranging around INR 65 to 70 Crores, being India’s one of the oldest Brand known for its consistency, efficiency & reliability in Hydro, Thermal projects as well as Residential, Commercials, Hospitals, Hotels & IT Parks, etc. As a cumulative, we are forecasting to cross INR 100 Crores of Revenue during the current financial year.
Q3. What is your long-term vision for the company as India accelerates toward its renewable energy goals and clean energy transition?
Our Long-term vision for Renewable Energy is to become a leading & highly engaging Transformer manufacturer to cross 1GW supply within 2027 with equal contributions to Solar, Wind & BESS segments. With our existing installation base of around 200 MW, we are forecasting nearly 200 MW worth of orders from the Wind & Solar segment by the end of this year from various IPPs, EPCs, including the BESS segment as well.
Q4. Can you highlight the most significant technological innovations or product advancements your company introduced this year?
As highlighted above, we became India’s 1st Transformer manufacturer to secure a successful Passing of Dynamic Short Circuit Type Tests at CPRI Bhopal of 5.5 MVA 33/1.14 KV OCTC AL FOIL Wound WTG Transformer exclusively designed for EN 182 | 5 MW Envision Wind Turbine by Nov 2025. This was made possible by our Engineering Precision, top-notch manufacturing infrastructure, expert production team & demanding quality team led by our visionary leader, Shri Rushikesh Patel – Managing Director for evolving expertise & innovation to fulfill India’s growing demand of WTG Transformers of Newly Launched 5 MW Turbine Transformer. We strongly believe in delivering the commitments & it has been witnessed by the Market that AMES IMEX steps into the Wind Market ahead of others & hence now ready to roar with the fastest on-time deliveries, world-class quality, highest efficiency, sustainability & long-term reliability.
Q5. How do you plan to strengthen competitiveness and maintain leadership in an industry driven by rapid technological change and evolving customer needs?
We have a “Customer First” approach to quickly adapt the market changes & needs. This year, we had an engaging event at Windergy 2025 in Chennai. This platform indeed supported us to interact with customers across the wind segment to know the evolving market trends & capitalize on the same with equivalent actions in terms of capacity expansions, team expansions, etc. While we were finalizing our strategy for the wind sector earlier this year, we anticipated the launch of high Wind turbine capacity by M/s Envision & hence we adopted the change & developed the product for the same. This will certainly help us to capitalize on the market needs & help us to lead this growing demand in the coming future. Together, let’s continue to build a strong & sustainable Power Infrastructure for today &tomorrow.
