Reinforcing its commitment to India’s renewable energy transformation, Kosol Energie Pvt. Ltd. has signed a landmark ₹90,000 Crore worth Investment Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at theVibrant Gujarat Global Summit 2026, held on January 12, 2026, in Rajkot.
The MoU was signed under the visionary leadership and esteemed presence of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and Hon’ble Chief Minister of Gujarat Shri Bhupendrabhai Patel, along with leading industrialists of the nation, marking a significant milestone in Gujarat’s and India’s journey toward sustainable and self-reliant energy development.
Led by Chairman & Managing Director Mr. Kalpesh Kalthia, Kosol Energie’s strategic investment aligns with the Government of India’s Make in India, Atmanirbhar Bharat, and Viksit Bharat @ 2047 vision, with a strong focus on Solar Energy, Green Hydrogen, and Green Ammonia as pillars of future-ready clean energy infrastructure.
The proposed investment will support the development of advanced solar module manufacturing facilities, next-generation R&D centers, large-scale renewable energy parks, and integrated green energy ecosystems, further strengthening Gujarat’s position as a global hub for clean energy innovation and manufacturing.
Beyond infrastructure and technology, the initiative is expected to generate more than 1 lakh of direct and indirect employment opportunities, stimulate regional economic growth, and foster international collaborations in renewable energy and green industrial development.
