Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited (WRTL) has secured a Letter of Award (LoA) for the execution of a 300 MW/450 MWp ground-mounted solar power project under an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contract awarded by Sunsational Power Private Limited (SPPL), its wholly owned subsidiary.

The scope of work includes complete EPC services for the utility-scale solar project along with operation and maintenance (O&M) services for a period of two years following commissioning. The project is scheduled to be completed during FY 2026-27.

According to the company, the order further strengthens its growing solar EPC portfolio and reinforces its position in the large-scale renewable energy infrastructure segment. The project also represents a significant milestone for Sunsational Power, which was established to develop renewable energy assets and expand the group’s independent power producer (IPP) business.

Waaree Renewable Technologies has been actively expanding its renewable energy footprint through a series of solar and energy storage projects. The latest order adds to the company’s robust execution pipeline and enhances revenue visibility for the coming financial years.

The award comes amid increasing investments in India’s renewable energy sector, driven by ambitious clean energy targets and growing demand for utility-scale solar power projects across the country.
