Advait Energy Transitions secures PGCIL order for power transmission infrastructure
Advait Energy announces major order win from Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL)

Advait Energy Transitions Limited (formerly Advait Infratech Limited), a leading provider of power transmission and energy infrastructure solutions, has announced a significant order win from Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL).

The order relates to the ERS package ERS-II, covering the procurement of Emergency Restoration Systems (ERS) for 400kV transmission lines, valued at INR 87.29 crore (inclusive of taxes).

Awarded on October 6, 2025, this project is among the largest ERS-related orders placed in recent history and will be executed over a period of 18 months. The development reinforces Advait’s role as a critical partner in building a resilient national grid and strengthening India’s high-voltage transmission network.

Advait’s Emergency Restoration System (ERS) solutions are engineered to ensure uninterrupted power transmission in the event of tower failures or disruptions. As a Make-in-India initiative built to international standards, these modular systems are designed for rapid deployment across voltage levels from 33kV to 800kV.

By minimizing downtime and operational losses during emergencies, Advait’s ERS technology provides utilities with reliable, cost-effective, and scalable restoration capabilities. With rapid response kits and intelligent modular designs already in use across continents, Advait is eyeing a significant share of the Indian ERS market by delivering systems that combine speed, safety, and durability.
