Advait Greenergy has signed a series of strategic memorandums of understanding (MoUs) with global and domestic partners to accelerate the development of green hydrogen infrastructure, electrolyser deployment, and hydrogen storage solutions across India.
The agreements have been signed with CENMAT, Power to Hydrogen Inc. (P2H2), along with JESCO Projects, and VJ Industries, bringing together complementary capabilities across electrolyser technology, engineering, procurement and construction (EPC), hydrogen storage, and project development frameworks.
Under the partnership with Switzerland-based CENMAT, a provider of Proton Exchange Membrane (PEM) and Anion Exchange Membrane (AEM) electrolyser technologies, Advait Greenergy will collaborate on hydrogen generation projects in India. The alliance will focus on integrating advanced electrolyser systems with the company’s EPC and balance-of-plant capabilities for high-efficiency hydrogen production.
In a separate tri-party MoU, Advait Greenergy has joined hands with US-based Power to Hydrogen and JESCO Projects to jointly pursue electrolyser-based green hydrogen opportunities on a project-by-project basis. The collaboration combines P2H2’s proprietary AEM electrolyser technology, JESCO’s market development expertise, and Advait’s EPC execution and system integration strengths.
Additionally, the company has partnered with VJ Industries, a specialist in hydrogen storage systems and industrial gas solutions. Under this agreement, VJ Industries will act as a preferred partner for hydrogen storage technologies, while Advait Greenergy will handle EPC execution, balance-of-system supply, and overall project delivery.
Collectively, these MoUs are aimed at building an integrated green hydrogen ecosystem, spanning electrolyser technology, EPC execution, storage, and downstream project integration, and are expected to support the development of scalable hydrogen assets across the country.
