Bondada has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Insolation Green Energy Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Insolation Energy Pvt Ltd, for the supply of ALMM-I and ALMM-II compliant solar modules for the period from January 2027 to December 2028.
Under the agreement, Bondada will receive priority access to domestically manufactured solar modules for its upcoming solar projects, ensuring supply chain certainty ahead of the implementation of the ALMM-II framework.
The partnership supports Bondada’s focus on project preparedness, indigenous sourcing, and efficient execution as it continues to expand renewable energy infrastructure across India. The MoU is expected to enable long-term project planning while reducing supply-side risks amid evolving regulatory requirements.
This development highlights the increasing emphasis within India’s renewable energy sector on strengthening domestic manufacturing partnerships in alignment with the country’s clean energy and self-reliance objectives.
