KPI Green Energy Limited, a leading renewable energy company under the KP Group, has announced the successful commissioning of an additional 24.2 MW AC / 35.01 MW DC capacity as part of its ongoing 250 MW AC / 350 MW DC grid-connected solar IPP project awarded by Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited (GUVNL).
With this latest commissioning, the total installed capacity under the project has reached 48.4 MW AC / 69.41 MW DC, reflecting the company’s steady progress in executing one of Gujarat’s largest solar initiatives and reinforcing its commitment to expanding clean energy infrastructure.
This project, secured through a competitive bidding process, is being developed in phases and is scheduled for completion by October 2026. The latest commissioning represents another important milestone toward achieving the project’s full capacity and further reinforces KPI Green Energy’s commitment to supporting India’s transition to renewable energy.
