KPI Green Hydrogen and Ammonia Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of the renowned KP Group, has entered into a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with DESCO Infratech Ltd. and Naveriya Gas Pvt. Ltd.
The collaboration aims to jointly explore and develop business opportunities in the field of Green Hydrogen (GH₂) within India’s expanding City Gas Distribution (CGD) network.
The MoU signifies a shared commitment among the three companies to promote clean energy solutions and support India’s transition toward a low-carbon economy. With India placing increasing emphasis on alternative fuels and decarbonization, this partnership is a significant step in aligning with the government’s National Green Hydrogen Mission.
Through this collaboration, KPI Green Hydrogen and Ammonia Pvt. Ltd. will leverage its expertise in green energy infrastructure, while DESCO Infratech Ltd. and Naveriya Gas Pvt. Ltd. will contribute their operational experience in the CGD sector to assess and potentially implement Green Hydrogen as a sustainable energy vector.
