In a significant example of smart solar project engineering and optimized land utilization, PR ENERGIES has successfully commissioned a 1.2 MW ground-mounted solar project at Sadashivpet, Telangana, utilizing just 2.25 acres of land.

The highlight of the project lies in its exceptional capacity-to-land utilization ratio, achieved through the deployment of high-efficiency 725W PV modules from Credence Solar. At a time when land availability is becoming one of the biggest challenges for solar project development, the use of higher wattage modules is proving to be a game-changing solution for developers and EPC companies.

According to Mr. Sankeerthan Reddy from PR ENERGIES, the ability to achieve such optimized land utilization was made possible only through the adoption of Credence Solar’s advanced high-wattage modules.

“Our search for higher wattage and higher efficiency modules ultimately stopped at the doors of Credence Solar. The 725W modules helped us maximize generation capacity within limited land availability, which was critical for this project,” he stated.

The project demonstrates how advanced module technologies can significantly improve project viability, especially in regions where land costs and availability pose major constraints. By reducing the area required per megawatt, developers can achieve better returns, optimized layouts, and improved project economics.

Credence Solar’s 725W modules, known for their advanced G12 platform and enhanced design features, have already gained strong acceptance across multiple large-scale projects in India. The company has consistently focused on early adoption of high-efficiency technologies and continues to strengthen its position in the utility-scale solar segment.

As the solar industry moves toward higher capacity installations and efficient space management, projects like the one commissioned by PR ENERGIES highlight the growing importance of higher wattage and higher efficiency modules in shaping the future of renewable energy development in India.
