Resonia Appoints Prashant Sinha as Chief Executive Officer

Resonia, a power transmission infrastructure company, has announced the appointment of Prashant Sinha as its Chief Executive Officer. Sinha previously served as Chief Operating Officer at Resonia, overseeing overall project portfolio, business acquisition and development. In this role, he played a key role in strengthening project execution and driving operational excellence across the company’s transmission portfolio.

With nearly three decades of experience across the power, infrastructure and financial sectors, Shinha will lead Resonia’s next phase of growth with a strong focus on the development and operation of large-scale, inter and intra-regional transmission projects to support national energy security while leveraging advanced technologies to optimise operational efficiency. Under his leadership, the company will continue to strengthen its role in building reliable and scalable transmission infrastructure that enables the integration of clean energy and advances its commitment of ‘Power to the People’.
