Sterling and Wilson Pvt. Ltd. has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with South Korea-based Shinsung E&G to jointly pursue cleanroom and dryroom HVAC projects for semiconductor, battery, and display fabrication facilities across key global markets.
Under the agreement, the two companies will collaborate on bidding, acquiring, and executing projects involving specialized heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems required for advanced manufacturing facilities. The partnership combines Sterling and Wilson’s expertise in engineering, procurement, construction (EPC), and MEP services with Shinsung E&G’s specialized capabilities in cleanroom and HVAC technologies for semiconductor and battery manufacturing environments.
The collaboration comes at a time when India is rapidly expanding its semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem through policy support, incentives, and investments aimed at strengthening domestic supply chains and attracting global manufacturing companies.

The partnership is expected to target opportunities in India, the Middle East, and other high-growth regions where demand for semiconductor fabs, outsourced semiconductor assembly and test (OSAT) facilities, battery manufacturing plants, and display fabrication units is increasing rapidly.
