Pace Digitek Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Ketan Chitnis as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Lineage Power Private Limited, its material subsidiary. The appointment was made effective January 16, 2026, and has been disclosed in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Mr. Chitnis will serve as a Senior Management Personnel at Lineage Power Private Limited and will be employed on a full-time basis. The company informed both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India of the development through an official regulatory filing dated January 17, 2026.
Mr. Chitnis brings over two decades of leadership experience in the energy storage and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) domain. His professional background includes strategic business leadership, operational scale-up, and execution excellence across the energy storage value chain.
Prior to joining Lineage Power, Mr. Chitnis was associated with Larsen & Toubro Energy (Greentech), where he served as Business Head – Energy Storage Solutions. In that role, he led initiatives related to advanced chemistry cell development, energy storage systems, large-scale greenfield manufacturing facilities, and global technology partnerships.
His earlier professional experience includes leadership roles at Exide Leclanche Energy Private Limited, Waaree Energies Limited, and Base Corporation Limited. In addition, he brings 17 years of entrepreneurial experience, reflecting a strong ownership-driven and execution-focused leadership approach.
Mr. Chitnis holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from Mumbai University and is a Fellow of the Institution of Valuers. In his new role, he will lead the Production, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Product-Service, and Business Development functions at Lineage Power Private Limited.
Pace Digitek Limited, formerly known as Pace Digitek Private Limited and Pace Digitek Infra Private Limited, stated that there are no relationships between Mr. Chitnis and the directors of the company.
