1. As the company prepares to scale its production capacity to 25 GW by the end of 2025, what are the key strategic objectives it aims to pursue over the next five years to capitalize on this growth?
At AmpX Technologies, our strategy is centered around product innovation, vertical integration, and market expansion. As we scale to 25 GW annual capacity, we’re prioritizing R&D—especially in our Cell-String Optimizer Junction Boxes, which deliver fast MPPT across 20–24 cells, eliminate bypass diodes, and support EL and flash testing. This design enhances module efficiency and protects cell integrity under real-world conditions.
We’re also introducing a range of junction boxes rated at 25A, 30A, and 35A, tailored for N-Type TopCon and bifacial modules, built to perform in high-current and thermally demanding environments.
To support quality at scale, we’ve invested in in-house mold and cable manufacturing, along with highly automated assembly lines. This vertical integration ensures product consistency, supply reliability, and cost control.
We are placing sharp focus on both the Indian and global markets, with a strong presence across Europe, MENA, and the Americas. Our products are backed by proven performance and global certifications, reflecting our commitment to quality and compliance.
Over the next five years, AmpX is positioned to lead as a trusted provider of advanced, scalable, and sustainable PV interconnect solutions.


2. What technological innovations and quality standards distinguish your PV junction boxes and connectors from those of your competitors?
We differentiate ourselves through a strong blend of engineering innovation, quality assurance, and customer-centric design.
Technologically, we’ve integrated AI-powered automation lines that enable real-time quality monitoring at every stage of production. This not only improves process accuracy but also ensures consistent performance across high-volume batches. Our MK series diodes with extended legs are another key differentiator—offering better thermal dissipation and reduced stress on solder joints, which significantly enhances product lifespan and field reliability.
We maintain a fully equipped in-house testing lab, where every batch is subjected to rigorous mechanical, thermal, and electrical testing before dispatch. This reflects our commitment to zero-compromise quality control.
On the innovation front, we’ve invested heavily in R&D to develop advanced solutions such as the Cell Stripping Optimizer Junction Box, which improves lamination efficiency and protects cell integrity, and are actively working on products tailored for BIPV applications.
Moreover, we work closely with our customers to provide customized junction box solutions, adapting to their specific module designs, current ratings, and regional requirements—something many competitors struggle to offer at scale.

A major milestone in this journey is the planned opening of our Dubai office in 2026, which will serve as the regional hub for our Middle East operations. This decision is driven by the region’s rapid growth in solar energy adoption and the increasing number of PV module manufacturers. Through this office, we aim to provide localized support to EPC contractors, OEMs, and developers by offering our flagship products such as MK series diodes, PV junction boxes, and our IP68-rated double silicon bush technology. Dubai’s
strategic location will enable us to efficiently cater to key markets such as Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Egypt while enhancing our supply chain responsiveness.
For our European and South American markets, our strategies are tailored to meet more diversified and technically demanding requirements. In Europe, our focus is on high-performance PV and electrical connectors, advanced cable solutions, and EV (electric vehicle) infrastructure components, aligning with the region’s strong regulatory frameworks and sustainability goals. To gain traction, we are forming partnerships with certified distributors, ensuring compliance with CE, RoHS, and REACH standards, and actively participating in trade shows and exhibitions. In South America, we plan to establish a regional office in Brazil by 2027, leveraging the country’s booming solar sector and supportive government policies. Our product strategy here emphasizes cost-effective, climate-resilient PV connectors and junction boxes, designed to perform under tropical environmental conditions. We will also work closely with local system integrators and utility-scale solar developers to customize solutions that meet regional specifications.
By 2027, our physical presence in Dubai, Europe, and Brazil will anchor our global footprint, enabling us to deliver localized innovation, regulatory-compliant products, and responsive support across key solar and electrical component markets worldwide. These strategic expansions position us to be a trusted global supplier in the renewable energy and EV sectors.


5. How is the company leveraging strategic partnerships or collaborations to strengthen its market presence and drive growth?
Ampx places a strong emphasis on building strategic partnerships and regional alliances to strengthen our market presence and drive sustainable growth. A cornerstone of this strategy is our manufacturing facility in Jamnagar, Gujarat, which gives us a significant logistical and competitive edge. Being among the first manufacturers in the region, this plant enables us to offer faster deliveries, customizable design and technology solutions, and full OEM manufacturing capabilities—catering to the evolving needs of both domestic and international clients.
This strategic placement also facilitates close collaboration with some of the largest and fastest-growing solar and electrical component manufacturers in Jamnagar, Surat, Ahmedabad, and Vadodara. These partnerships allow us to co-develop region-specific products, streamline supply chains, and maintain production agility in response to fluctuating market demands. 6. What are the key challenges your company faces in keeping pace with the rapidly evolving solar energy industry, and what strategies are in place to overcome them?
While it’s widely acknowledged that the solar energy industry is evolving at a rapid pace, we are not facing significant challenges in keeping up. We view this fast-paced evolution as an opportunity and are already prepared for the next 10 years of innovation, supported by our dedicated R&D team. To stay ahead, we have implemented several forward-looking strategies including Proactive R&D Planning, Customer-Centric Product Development, Modular and Scalable Design, Certification Readiness, Smart Manufacturing, and Strategic Collaborations. By embedding these strategies into our operations, we are confident in our ability to not only keep pace but also lead in innovation within the industry.


7. How does the company envision its role in the evolving renewable energy landscape over the next few years?
Our company envisions playing a leading role in the global solar energy market by delivering innovative, high-quality components that meet the evolving demands of the industry. Leveraging our strategic manufacturing plant in Jamnagar, Gujarat, we will provide fast, customizable solutions with OEM capabilities, strengthening our position as one of the first and most reliable manufacturers in the region.
We plan to expand our global footprint with new offices in Dubai by 2026 to support the Middle East’s rapid solar panel manufacturing growth, and in Brazil by 2027 to tap into South America’s expanding renewable energy market. For Europe, we will focus on supplying advanced PV connectors, cable solutions, and EV infrastructure products that comply with regional standards.
