India’s 500 GW non-fossil energy target is ambitious but entirely within reach if every part of the value chain steps up. At GREW, we see ourselves as more than a module supplier; we aim to be a catalyst for this transformation, delivering consistency, cost efficiency, and self-reliance through backward integration.
Q. You recently launched a new PV module at RE+ 2025 in Las Vegas. Are you showcasing the same model at REI? If so, could you share what differentiates it for the Indian market?
At RE+ 2025 in Las Vegas, we unveiled the ALL BLACK Series, designed specifically for the US rooftop segment.
At GREW Solar, innovation has always been at the heart of our growth journey. At REI 2025, we are set to introduce our new G12R module, offering power output of up to 635 Wp, a next-generation product built to deliver superior performance and reliability under India’s diverse and demanding climatic conditions. With advanced cell technology and a larger form factor, the G12R is engineered to deliver higher energy yields, making it impactful for commercial and utility-scale projects across the country.
We will also be showcasing our trusted M10 series, which continues to be one of our most dependable offerings. Its consistent performance and proven success in the Indian market make it a benchmark for reliability.
Our focus remains clear to develop solutions that combine technological excellence with the needs of the Indian market, enabling the country’s transition towards a more sustainable and energy-secure future.
Q. With GREW’s expanding capacity in Rajasthan and the new integrated facility in Madhya Pradesh, how are you planning to meet demand from Indian EPCs or government tenders?
As we expand our manufacturing footprint, GREW is well-positioned to meet India’s growing clean energy demand. Our advanced facility in Dudu, Jaipur, currently houses a 3 GW module line that will scale up to 11 GW by 2026, while our new
integrated facility in Madhya Pradesh includes a 3 GW cell manufacturing unit, set to reach 8 GW by 2026.
These world-class facilities reflect our commitment to building scale with quality. They not only strengthen our ability to serve Indian EPCs and government projects efficiently but also reinforce our role in advancing India’s renewable energy goals. By deepening local manufacturing, we aim to reduce lead times, optimise costs, and make high-quality solar solutions more accessible and affordable across the country.
Q. Is GREW exploring partnerships or joint ventures with Indian developers or distributors at this year’s REI Expo? What kind of collaborators are you hoping to connect with here?
GREW Solar is actively exploring strategic partnerships and collaborations with Indian developers, EPC players, and distributors at this year’s REI Expo. Our focus is on building longterm relationships that align with our vision of accelerating India’s solar transition through quality, reliability, and integrated manufacturing. We’re particularly looking to connect with partners who share our commitment to scalability and innovation—whether it’s developers seeking trusted module supply, EPCs working on large-scale solar parks, or distributors helping expand our footprint across emerging markets.
Q. How are your modules are adapting for different Indian climate zones, especially high-dust or high-heat regions?
At GREW, we understand that India’s diverse geography calls for technology that adapts, not just performs. From the arid landscapes of Rajasthan to the humid coasts of Tamil Nadu and the dusty interiors of Madhya Pradesh, every region presents
its own challenges and our modules are engineered to meet them head-on.
Each GREW module is tested extensively inhouse under more than 25 IEC protocols, ensuring reliability and endurance under real-world conditions. Our design innovations from improved encapsulants and glass composition to advanced interconnects and frame tolerances are driven by one goal: long-term performance and durability, even in the most demanding environments.
We have built a continuous innovation cycle powered by field data from installations across India. This real-world insight helps us refine every new generation of products for higher stability and efficiency. Our G2G M10 TOPCon Series, for example, is optimised for hot-climate resilience and extended energy generation throughout the day, delivering up to 590 Wp and 22.84% efficiency.
Our mission remains clear to deliver solar solutions that thrive under India’s sun, wind, and dust, enabling dependable clean energy for decades to come.
Q. As India pushes toward the 500 GW renewable energy goal by 2030, what role does GREW see itself playing, especially with your backward integration into cells and wafers?
India’s 500 GW non-fossil energy target is ambitious, but entirely within reach if every part of the value chain steps up. At GREW, we see ourselves as more than a module supplier we aim to be a catalyst for this transformation, delivering consistency, cost efficiency, and self-reliance through backward integration.
Our upcoming 8 GW cell manufacturing facility will complement our expanding 11 GW module capacity, giving us greater control over quality, margins, and supply security. This integrated approach reduces dependence on imports and strengthens India’s energy independence.
We envision GREW as a domestic anchor for largescale solar deployment, providing bankable, highperformance modules backed by local manufacturing and robust R&D. As India moves toward its 2030 goals, we are committed to being part of the
backbone driving capacity expansion, supporting downstream installations, and reinforcing India’s leadership in the global clean energy ecosystem.
Q. What are GREW’s main goals for participating in REI Expo 2025? Are there specific technologies, partnerships, or sectors you’re most focused on this year?
REI Expo 2025 is an important moment for GREW, not just to showcase our products, but to share the direction we are heading, the partnerships we are building, and the role we aim to play in advancing India’s renewable energy landscape.
We will introduce our G12R series modules, designed for utility-scale and large commercial projects, as part of a performance-driven showcase.
REI is also an opportunity to showcase how India can accelerate renewable adoption, strengthen grid integration, and evolve policies to support the energy transition.
Our goal at REI 2025 is clear: to position GREW not just as a module manufacturer, but as a strategic solutions partner one that combines innovation, quality, and long-term collaboration to deliver value in India and across international markets.
