In a significant step toward advancing India’s clean energy goals, Oswal Energies Ltd., a renowned name in the EPC sector for oil and gas, has signed an MoU with the Deendayal Port Authority (Kandla-Gandhidham) for the development of Green Hydrogen, Green Methanol, Green Ammonia, and a 100 MLD Desalination Plant under the National Green Energy Initiative.
The Government of India has identified the Port as one of the strategic locations for developing green energy infrastructure, and this collaboration marks a key milestone in supporting the nation’s long-term vision for sustainable and energy-secure growth.
The project highlights the scale and importance of the green energy initiative by Deendayal Port Authority in which Oswal Energies is playing a key development role.
Through this MoU, Oswal Energies will oversee the development of green hydrogen generation units, methanol and ammonia conversion facilities, and a high-capacity 100 MLD desalination system. This project will highlight Oswal Energies’ execution capabilities, technological expertise, and long-standing commitment to sustainable development.
By working closely with domestic and international technology partners, Oswal Energies aims to accelerate India’s transition toward clean energy and contribute meaningfully to the country’s net-zero vision.

The MoU was signed and officially exchanged during the India Maritime Week 2025, a flagship event organized by the Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways, Government of India Goregaon, Mumbai.
The MoU was exchanged in the presence of senior representatives from both organizations. From Oswal Energies Ltd., Mr. Dixit Bokadia – Director and Mr. M Suresh –Chief Strategic Officer, were present during the ceremony.
