Trident Limited has successfully commissioned an additional 5.40 MWp rooftop solar power project at its Budhni facility in Madhya Pradesh, further strengthening its renewable energy portfolio.
With this latest addition, the company’s total installed solar capacity at the Budhni plant has increased from 51.92 MWp to 57.32 MWp, with the existing capacity already operating at 100% utilization.
The project was commissioned on March 27, 2026, with an estimated investment of around INR 10 crore, funded through internal accruals. The initiative aligns with the company’s broader sustainability strategy, focusing on the adoption of renewable energy to reduce its carbon footprint.
The disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR) Regulations to both the National Stock Exchange of India and BSE Limited.
This expansion highlights Trident’s continued commitment to clean energy integration within its manufacturing operations, reinforcing its role in India’s transition toward greener industrial practices.
