KP Group has taken a major step towards technological innovation to accelerate clean energy growth in the country. The company unveiled its latest invention, SR-Shuttle Link, at the Renewable Energy India Expo 2025. This cutting-edge technology will make the cleaning of solar panels completely automated and smart.
Held at the India Expo Mart in Greater Noida from October 30 to November 1, the expo featured KP Group’s new system as one of the main attractions at Hall No. 8, Stall No. R1530.
SR-Shuttle Link is an automated rail system that transfers robotic cleaners between rows of solar panels. The system performs high-efficiency cleaning of panels without any human intervention. Equipped with intelligent tracking, self-charging dock, and position sensors, it enables continuous and autonomous operation. The company claims that this system enhances energy output, reduces maintenance costs, and ensures sustainable operation.
KP Group’s Chairman and Managing Director, Dr. Faruk G. Patel, said, “As India moves towards achieving its renewable energy goals, technologies like SR-Shuttle Link will make solar projects more efficient and sustainable. This innovation will help solar energy producers generate more power at lower costs and pave the way for a cleaner future.”
The smart robotic system is capable of cleaning up to 800 meters and is self-charging and maintenance-free, significantly boosting energy generation and lowering operational expenses.
